Pie fun

I couldn’t hold out. Noreen and I made pie. And it was goooooood. And she is awesome.

And because I love you, you can make some also. SUPER. EASY.

For lemon pie, you need. 4 lemons, 2 eggs, 1 tin of condensed milk, 2 packets of digestive biscuits/graham crackers, butter. You also need a pie dish and an electric beater.

Motherfuckin’ crush those biscuits.

Add melted butter and stir till it looks ‘crumby’.  1/3 cup should be enough.

Then press down into a pie dish until it feels like a nice dense crust.

Prebake the pie crust for about 5 minutes at 200 degrees. (I’m totally making this up but whatev, follow!)

Grate the zest of a single large lemon into your mixing bowl.

Easy, lemon squeezy.

Add the yolks of the two eggs.

Beat it like a drum. Add the condensed milk within a minute and beat till thick.

Pour onto pie crust and bake for like ten minutes till you touch it with your finger and it feels set.

Fuckin’ eat that shit.
