i’ve made the bottom on, it’s EASY!
you just need a standard butter cake recipe like this one: http://www.lifestylefood.com.au/recipes/11829/easy-butter-cake
Prepare 3times the reuiqired amount then seperate batter into three ‘seperate’ batches colour each one with food colouring i used powered (available at cake speciality shops) or you can just stanard food colouring,
once you’ve baked all three seperate cakes, whip approximatly 700ml butter icing seperate into two 150ml coloured batches, for the middle colours.
lastly make make purple icing with the remaining 400ml of icing
Assemble and add sprinkles
When adding the colour it’s best to ere on the side of caution as you can always add more colour if needed but if you add too much……….
